Patch Notes should be put up earlier

No one is complaining ***, it was just a idea. I like to read the patch notes prior to the release because I may have to go to work or go somewhere I don't have access to them, I was simply asking put them up the same day they go up maybe at beginning of the day. I guess people wouldn't like that idea because it would be similar to what WoW does.

Servers go down at 2PM PDT. Patch & Patch Notes are posted between 2:30-3:00PM PDT. Servers don't go back up until 5PM PDT. Now I may have my quantum physics calculations wrong but I do believe you STILL GET THE PATCH NOTES PRIOR TO RELEASE.
