Monks very weak. Need rebalance

We run two monks in our coil group (working on Twintania) and they put out very solid dps. Looking at streams from our fights I usually see snap punches in the 600-700 range.

600-700 is crit Dmg. MNK is the only class can't go over 1000 for 1 shot. But MNK weapon auto attack do a lots Dmg. so overall monk DPS is ok, pair with dragoon, dragoon do more burst Dmg and monk win for a long term fight.
