Bring it to the streets

I just don't like clutter and would much rather prefer there being a designated area to help simply things. The idea of them being scattered around town would become a nuisance as well, considering I'd have to run from one end of town to the other. Here I thought zoning into each different ward was bad enough, but the idea that was brought up makes me appreciate the system we have right now so much more.

Fine, SE can make a centralised, conveniently laid out, mall-like NON-INSTANCED area where MOST people would use as their retainer shop, but they would still be WELCOME to use the rest of the city if they felt like it. It's called FREEDOM.
