Is it not allow chinese words chat in game channel? chinese=ban ?

as title, I know this game more user speaking english/japanese,
but we have lot of player from chinese(hong kong,taiwan,Singapore....),
we just typing chinese on Private channel (fc/tell/ls) for communication,
not for RMT, is it will banned a/c ? thank you
