Greyed out Start button all day???

So, I'm just a little frustrated and my patience will only hold for so long. I have been trying to play all day and cannot login. I can't even get to a server selection. I've tried every online fix I could find and nothing. The game will stay active for a bit, then I receive a 2002 error. According to this site, all of the login servers are up and running:

I would like some official response to this, as it appears everything is running properly, yet I cannot get logged in.

I'm having a problem of "Next" botton being grayed out on pc version at the terms user agreement the support center email system is ignorent and usless to this issue. Can I get results from the forum?

Try changing DNS and check if any firewall is stopping any connection from the game.
Something is not letting you contact the lobby.
