Excuse me for posting here in the french forums, but why do this thread only exist in french and german forums. Would very much appreciate a similar thread in the english forums, as a lot of people in EU seems to have this, in other countries as well. Myself I live in Sweden, and therefore use the english forums.

Hey there Swedish friend,

I believe the sticky thread in the english technical forum serve exactly the same purpose (it's called ISP throttling&[....] ) . While it does not share the exact same format the info provided by the users are about the same..
