    I like your idea of basically having bloodbath up all the time.

    I don't like to hold my wrath and want to use Inner Beast when ever possible; but of course having full HP when you use it doesn't bode well if you know a big attack is coming. I propose to add an additional effect to inner beast, if the heal of inner beast causes a over-heal, add that over-heal to maximum health for the next 5 seconds (this ability shouldn't stack with another inner beast in that time duration). This very well could be way over powering to the point it becomes a new Thrill of Battle, in that case, scaling wouldn't be difficult.

    My idea (which is just a piggy back on someone else's idea) would be to have it function like Thrill of Battle, where it adds the amount healed to your cap for...let's say 6s, as opposed to it only adding if you are overhealing.     WAR HP of 8k > IB for 1600 = 9600HP > Thrill up to 11520HP : D. I think there is a cap on HP @ 9999 atm, so they'd need to break it for this to really work, but it would be cool. And yeah no stacking IBs...you could see 13khp, even though it would only last for like 1 or 2s. Imagine a Graniteskin at those levels, something like 2500 hp in a shield lol. This would certainly add an interesting dimension for shielding-focused healers to play with in terms of timing and strategy.
