Aren't the more experienced people teach people how to do it or at least give pointers I know I am not perfect and I am a casual player been playing since beta took me some time to get to 50 cause But yes I do try to upgrade my gear but don't see the point sitting 3 hours to do one run on early runs and I think ak is really a early run cause I have done it it wasn't that hard just need pay attention

I am nice to under-geared fresh 50s as long as they know how to play their role competently, but I have no time for people who can't carry their weight and expect others to share the burden. They had like 10 dungeons pre-50 to figure out most of their rotation/priority and their poor play is just an obvious waste of my time.

I always give briefs on each bosses and share tips, but at the end of the day I expect them to learn it quickly (2~3 wipes) and they have their job/class/role fundamentals down. The cockblocks in WP and AK are due to skill issues more than gear.

In CM, I'm pleased to run with a new tank. They don't presume to know everything and I like passing on the help I received from other tanks when I was new. One run the other tank said he was new to it, and as I was welcoming him two dpsers immediately dropped. Good riddance, and they were almost immediately replaced. It was one of the smoothest runs ever, only slowed slightly as I stopped a couple times to explain upcoming mechanics. But of course, that's CM, a pretty simple run.
