All required lvl70-lvl90 equipment. Pretty damn sad thats the state the game turned into.

While I agree with you in theory, we have to understand that it is their prerogative to shout whatever they want. I finished off Titan yesterday and will have my relic and +1 soon. I probably will still just DF my groups (unless I am running it with FC) because I prefer to vary the jobs with which I run the dungeons and I like to level DoL and DoH while waiting for a group.

Yes the attitude is sad but hey until you start paying for someones subscription you have no right to tell them how to play.

Actually, not once have I required people to be in DL/Relic. I take plenty of friends(one with good attitudes) to runs, including Titan carries.
but you go ahead with that attitude of yours. I'm sure people will be thrilled to help you.

While I don't require DL, I do greatly prefer it. Also if you not being a complete idiot helps me stick around. What I do check for is to make sure you have lvl 45+ jewelry and ideally at least GC weapon. Did have an under geared summoner end up in my party. She had bare minimum gear and a white weapon, and I feel she did more dps than some DL summoners.

As of 2.1, a system will be introduced where you will be able to state if you are looking for people to: clear the story, learn the fights, or speedrun. This way people will be able to run with other link-minded people. This should remove most of these problems, as well as the "i want to watch CS" ones. Obviously if people try to get into the "grownup" group with crap gear they will be yelled at, but at least it will be for a reason -- if they are still gearing and not have gear for speedrun, them trying to sneak in will be entirely their fault.

I had a tank in AK with full AF, white ilvl 46 sword I think it was, shield about the same. Not sure about accessories.

Went decent up until last boss, there healer grabbed hate because tank took too much damage. Us DPS had to hold back a lot. I checked to see how much damage we could do, and we would not have been able to kill it before all pillars where gone.
Well, we might have been able to do it eventually, but after 8th wipe and no improvement, me and the other DPS left.

There is no reason why someone who has dinged 50, hasn't gone to the market board to get most of the fairly cheap ilvl 55 items.

I started gearing up recently and basically did it solely with the DF. Perhaps being a healer helps, but I never got any grief for being undergeared. Then again I didn't completely ignore my gear (First WP run I did was with non HQ prerelic, AF, HQ 49 jewelry/belt), stated it was my first time, nobody had any problems. In the 20-25 WP runs I did over the weekend I only failed one run and only once someone left the party, which was me when our DPS were just completely undergeared. One was an ARCANIST, nuff said and the other was your fresh "weeh 50, time for dungeons nao" kind. That's just not gonna work and I'm not gonna try and pull someone through who hasn't even gotten their job yet.

I don't know whether it's because I'm a healer (then again, weren't tank the elitist bastards that quit parties? :P) or Europeans simply don't mind as much, but I barely had any trouble with the DF. As for people looking for full DL/Relic parties etc, who cares. They spend lots of time getting that gear and it's their right to find others with the same gear to run a dungeon they already did way too often twice as fast as with a DF party. As for DF elitism, I haven't encountered it yet to be honest.

The Revenant's toll spam is hilarious for these requirements. Last night, saw a few spammers saying they will gear check everyone for CM runs. Literally said, "NO AF USERS PLEASE."

These requirements are getting pretty ridiculous. I feel bad for people just reaching end game or starting out now. I don't think many of these elitist players have realized that they too were once in generic AF gear at one point trying to grind these dungeons just to start getting DF or AF2 armor. So sad
