WP and AK doesn't need DL. I started farming AK and WP once I hit 50 with my FC who just hit 50 as well. You need to be decently geared with around level 45+ gear and know how to play your job.

Agreed! You do not need DL to run these instances. Gear obviously helps, but not being decked out in awesome gear won't hold you back from completing these instances.

I love how the elitism in MMOs now has reached a point where it's deemed you "need" gear 10 to 15 ilvls above the dungeon you want to do. WP is not only possibly in artifact, is in entirely 100% intended to be done in AF gear with a white 50 weapon. AK as well is completely clearable in AF plus some ilvl55 greens. This game is going to reach a point in a few months where unless you already have a relic you won't get one due to no one taking you to even do the quest objectives, and unless you have a +1 and full allagan/AF 1.5 you can forget any premades for anything. Absurd.

Hmm...when did I say it is not possible? You need to read what I said, I said it is possible, but it just not quite as efficient if everyone is in Artifact doing WP and AK.

Way a put word in my mouth and call me an Elitism. I never speed run anything and oppose of speed run. I guess everything is Elitism this day.

I gave up trying to run CM for tokens. Out of 3 attempts, the tanks bailed at the start of 2 runs because he felt we were "undergearred" due to a lack of DL and/or relics.

I didn't think there was such a thing as "undergeared" for CM. That is pretty sad. Ran it last night with two brand new tanks in full AF. Took a slight bit longer from having to explain strat but we made it through. It is just sad that people would bail on CM for such a thing, AK maybe (I wouldn't, but I can understand), but CM come on people.

That's nuts, and haven't seen it myself. Lots of DL tanks purposely run it in bare crafted lvl49 armour for spirit bonding, and it's no problem at all. And relic weapon for a tank? Sure, it's nice, but as a non-dps job it is not all that critical (and certainly not for CM, for goodness sake). GC tanking weapon or even less is fine. Heck, I tanked for a while with that white weapon drop from WP.

This, nothing is critical in CM. A bare minimum is fine. That instance is for spirit bonding at this point. I never wear my best gear in there, always three or four pieces being SB'd and a SB+ ring

i ran WP without DL and crappy rings and neck it was a breeze
