I'd rather them focus on making the existing races have unique animations, as pipe dream as that is it's just easier to throw another human shape ontop of the single animation spine they have.

Goblin ( Because who doesent like bombs?), Dwarves ( like one of the first post said Lali ho!) and any of the beast races from 11 or 14 ( Quadavs and the bird guys from 11 would be cool)

Viera if we're looking at plausible, moogle if we're looking at what they should do to add more variety to the races. Game lore kinda ruins that chance even though it'd probably be the best race ever especially if they hovered.

To be honest, I'd really rather they just add more customization options, emotes, etc for the existing races. Especially hairstyles and faces, or maybe even allow for a slight change in body thickness (degree depending on the specific race, or course -- no Roegadyn-wide Hyur or Elezen-thin Lalas!).

But if I had to pick one, I'd say Viera, because they'd probably be liked by a lot of people and could be good "competition" for the super popular Miqo'te.

Hyur are already just as popular as Miqote, I'd really rather not see elezen with bunny ears running everywhere @_@

Make a new race. Everything from XIV was pretty much copied from XI. Time for something new. I wouldn't go back to bunny eared people either. To me that would be annoying and lazy. Could get behind the wing/horned people though.

Guados though lore-wise, they'd probably be a lot like Elezen with the whole tree thing.
