    Sorry but hardcore has nothing to do with hard content.

    Hardcore is a mindset. You can be hardcore with content that has no challange or you can be hardcore slamming your head against twintania in this game.

    Someone playing 30mins a day who can beat twintania in ARR is not hardcore, they are a good player.

    Hardcore =/= hard content.

    Just like Casual =/= crappy player and hardcore =/= good player. I seen good casuals and horrible hardcores in my 13yrs of playing mmos.

    Perhaps 'Traditionalist' is the proper term. I consider myself a traditionalist because I would rather gain levels in a traditional manner ( groups that require role responsibility).

    FATEs have somewhat become an accepted power leveling tactic. That, IMO, needs to be changed.

    Actually that was kind of my point though badly worded. The way he is speaking of casuals makes it seem like casuals are a bad thing. That bad design features is because of casuals. I don't re-call any casuals jumping up and down screaming for fates. Just for things to be done in a timely fashion whether it be from doing dungeons, leveling, or fates. Most casuals aren't asking for a specific thing to be the only way. He worded it as if the game was designed entirely for the hardcore it would have come out better. He implied that casuals just want to solo. Which also implies grouping is "too hard" for a casual. This isn't true.
