Bard Nerfs Offically Confirmed

Please do not attempt to lie to prove your point, you have only a single class leveled, with incomplete gearing and little to no research done.

It is true that my gearing is incomplete, I didn't start on launch day. You can look at the modeling if you want to get an idea of what each class is capable of. Or better yet, since you made the original assertions the DPS output is roughly equivalent, you can show this to be the case.

BRD wasn't OP. It was a pure support job that never did damage - it only casted songs and buffs, and 90% of the time they were a puller and buffer in any party.
TY SE .. I think u dont know your classes !! U did what every MMo company do at their games .. U read your fans thread and u dont know what really happened at your game. If u start like that soon lot ppls we leave this game.
Is absolutely u nfair to start nerf classes (and dont speak only for bards .. change happeneds all time) that really no need nerf.
Lets ask ppls how they fill when they see Bard at they party ...

Why are people speaking as if whiners are the reason BRDs are getting nerfed? How do you know that, internally, SE thinks they're doing too much damage for how easy fights are for them?

Gimme some more support utilities please. I wouldn't mind getting nerfed in damage if I was actually a support class.. I'm just a Ranger who doesn't have quite enough talent to make it as a singer atm..

It amazes me how many bards think their class is fine. Yes I know you don't have the highest dps. But really you have full instant cast abilities ranged and the only class with anywhere near the utility. You should be at the bottom of dps without a doubt.

Well until they give us songs I can use to heal with. Until I can queue in as a healer. I will then consider myself support. Until then bards are dps

I hear ya. It would be nice if we could belt out songs like Stand Up And Shout (boost magic damage), Through the Bridge of Spears (boost melee damage), Maiden of Steel (boost defence)... That would be pretty killer.
