You mean give up lancer instead of pugilst? I would rather have provoke, convalescence, with keen flurry than second wind feint or internal release.

Lancer would be a poor choice in general. If you want Feint, then Haymaker is a better choice: damage is higher, slow effect is longer, and TP cost is lower. If you want Keen Flurry, then Featherfoot is better; it also applies to magical attacks. If you want Blood for Blood, then you need to put down the crackpipe -- it hits you with a 25% damage taken debuff, and you can't afford that as a tank. For WAR's design, GLA/PGL is the best you could get.

He means damage delivered, not damage taken. His suggestion would do nothing to help WAR.
