If it is the case then that's a pretty big flaw for 'Hardest game content'. I'm curious to know, why is it that SE have not implemented item-level syncs for content this hard, to stop people with the absolute best gear steam rolling past it? (like they implemented syncs for quest instances).
Depending on how geared the 7 other players are yes turns 1 and 2 you can carry another person through and do it 2 tanks, 2 heals, 3 dps, and then 1 random person who can be whatever they want(preferably a dps even if they do terrible). The only thing both turns are is a dps race once you get the mechanics down, and really turn 1 barely even has mechanics because even with 7 geared people and an 8th derping in the corner throwing something out every now and then the group can still do the burn strat.
