How is Coil different than this?

Ifrit/Garuda/Titan/Dungeon bosses should be teaching players on how to handle things like coils.

How is Coil different than this?

LOL this nothing against the casual player but all the gear in the game isn't going to help them until they understand how the game mechanics works for each fight. Yes I know titan is mostly latency issues but how many are truly legit and how many players say that because they cannot dodge?

Which is exactly my point. You progress from one point to the next as the game wants you to and teaching you along the way with these challenges/trials. If you beat Sastasha to Titan HM, you then finally unlock Coil. If you don't know how to play by then, it's your own problem. Hell, it's even what Yoshida himself intended it out to be.

What happens when that 5% turns into 85% of the player base? If SE goes by what they said Lower Difficulty of hard content when new Content is released then what will be holding anyone back from doing Coils? In Fact the only thing holding anyone back from doing coils is themselves.

This will never happen. There will always be a majority that level and do stuff at their own pace. Most healthy minded people could give a rats tail what the next person has. Its just pixel ingame items that really are just a bunch of 0's and 1's in code.

By the time all 85% get to the end of the storyline there will be a new expansion along with a level cap raise and new jobs to level. None of them need to go hardcore because 5% feel they should.

No people are just crying cause they don't have a job to level 50 yet and it gets old hearing people tell others not to rush to "End Game" and again PEOPLE SEEM TO FORGET THAT THIS GAME IS A REMAKE AND THAT PEOPLE ALREADY HAD LEVEL 50. If you don't have a level 50 job that's fine no one is telling anyone they have to rush to 50 and do END GAME, But its ok for others that don't have a level 50 to say well you shouldn't have rushed to End Game because we are bored after getting locked out of content for a week.


Why Crystal Tower should be pushed back and redone again is because the fact that Yoshi P said that once new content comes out that the difficulty of hard content will be lowered. Someone said like only 5% of the player base is at end game that's fine and the rest are stuck on titan (which he is a pain in the butt) So I would like you to tell me when 2.1 comes out and SE lowers the current hard content we have (HM Ifrit,Garuda,Titan) and supposedly CoB (I think it will be excluded) when the other 95%(pretty sure that % is wrong) the player base who is stuck in hard content catches up whats going to be left for them to do CoB until the next patch? Don't get me wrong if they don't do a damn thing to CT I'm still going to be playing it.

I have yet to hear anyone crying about not hitting 50 yet. Yes, it sucks for having full 50's due to being legacy. I guess they have all cleared the hardest of content already. Just because they are legacy with full 50's doesn't mean every one of them is hardcore. For those that rushed to end game, yeah, that is their problem. But what many people are doing is ignoring the other jobs they can play. All the crafting etc. You can lead the horse to water, but you can't make it drink it. Just like SE gave us the option to have all classes and crafting available to one character. If all you do is login a couple times a week to cap myth, you are making the choice to ignore everything else. If you are unable to accept that, you can wait for more content or just not play. Resub every update or xpac. Many of us will be here waiting for you to come back.

The progression is to go from HM>CT>Cob. What makes anyone think CoB would get nerfed? It will become easier just due to the fact you will have level appropriate gear. Even if they do make the HMs easier, CT just took their place. Not to mention the other things that can be done in game. I highly doubt 60% will be clearing Cob by the end of the year. And since we are tome capped, might as well hop into CT to gear other jobs. Kind of like I am doing now in AK, and all the other instances I'm in. Greed lot on everything so I have good gear for my other jobs when they come through that level range.

You make the experience in FFXIV with how you choose to play. If you want to pigeon hole yourself to one job, fine. Plenty of other people are still enjoying the game at 50 end game. A good example is my FC mates were deciding on what jobs to do next to help with the FC. I see some CT possibilities there....

Apple (SE) Says" Hey guys we have the iphone 5 (CT) coming out but since its to difficult for users to use we have an iphone 6 (CoB) instead with lots of amazing apps and special fetures, But in a few months we will release the iphone 5 (CT). So for the few months you already used the new iphone 6 (CoB) why would you want to down grade?

Because the vast majority of players aren't in CoB? Maybe there isn't anything there for the main of a hardcore raider, but CT will be viable content for the majority of the playerbase. Also, given the pace of raiders at present, I don't think that even a new hardcore experience every 3 months will keep you happy... So why shouldn't SE make content for everyone else?

2.1 can't get here quick enough. My group clears coil 1-4 in 45 min now but it takes most groups an hour. Turn 5 still bugged and not playable. I would like to gear up my other jobs or have more content to do instead of doing stuff 1 hour a week.

I have level 50 classes since some years and have still not finished the main story quests in ARR, because I don't rush it and do also other things like gathering and crafting. So what?
