    Just tested it. He refreshes it on himself about 10 seconds after it falls off, so probably no internal GCD. Also tested. He casts it on himself at the same frequency whether in healer mode or free stance.

    Snap! I was going to go 6 tank 6 DPS 4 healer, but seems I will be going 7 healer 2 DPS 6 tank now
