You need to hit 465 ACC for Coil, and main stat is super important. You also need to stack a ton of crit to make a noticeable difference unbuffed. BRD has a similar issue with having too much ACC on DL gear. Much like BRDs, if you find your gear puts you over cap, that will likely not be the case when you start getting your BIS level 90 gear.

TL;DR - ACC is good. Hit 465. Then get HQ Crafted stuff with Materia/AF2 pieces/Allagan pieces to improve upon mediocre DL slots.
