I'm mocking you, not setting up a debate position. I don't require credibility to make a joke. Nor do I even require personal credibility to set-up an argument (especially over this topic lmao), the argument itself is the only merit required and I chose satire (a specific form of irony) as my delivery mechanism.

Maybe people have the right to post recruitment thread in any forum they want, but if the hundreds of FC had the same great idea, it will become difficult for people to figure out what is at the right place and what is not.

Maybe, I'd worry for their reading comprehension though. Regardless, when hundreds of FC's begin doing that, let me know; until then you teeter precariously on the edge of a slippery slope. Also individuals making threads just for themselves - which there are comparatively more of than foreign FC threads - would cause far more clutter. Why not go be an angry cat lady (points for pun?) at them?

Some threads have thousands of views, so maybe the forums are used more than you believe they are?

Besides increasing the counter, views don't make for more clutter. Posts are the progenitors of clutter (apparently); and even though this is the busiest JP English sub-forum, it's still pitifully slow. So slow, I'm entertaining myself via you.

And even if they were not, does it make it right to show a lack of respect (by impacting on their quality of life) towards this minority? Probably not.

Jee whiz, I dunno what world you come from, but I certainly don't view this as a 'lack of respect' towards a minority (what minority was it that needed defending again?). I find it a tad annoying, but purely on the basis of disliking what they're selling (their philosophy) and the salesman.
