A much need adjustment that affects quality of life would be a compensation of wasted gaming days because of VERY SLOW SUPPORT WORK. Payed days by day are ticking while support just do nothing

We understand that this is a much needed feature and the development team is looking into a way to improve the chatbox background transparency in order to make text more legible. We have received your feedback requesting to make this system quick and simple to adjust.

As of right now, we are prioritizing the creation of new UI elements and adjustments, so we can't guarantee an implementation time yet. However, this is something we would like to improve upon so we'll be sure to let you know as soon as we can!

Could we also have the option to remove the dark border on the party list?

I don't know if it was already written but it would be nice if the crafting log could also show the HQ version of an item with relative stats.

A much need adjustment that affects quality of life would actually be offering payment services that are functioning, and giving free service till you get it working. If the problem is so common you make a page on it under contacting SE then that should tell you something. many people are getting the 401 and 601 problem of all forms of payment being rejected all over the world. I live in the USA. I would like free service till you can get your payment services functional. I paid for the game. I want to play it.

And in what dream world are you living? Don't pay if you don't like the payment options that DO work. Not every option works for you thats too bad but one is bound to work if not well thats too bad too but to demand free service? why?

That sounds like its not SE's problem, i know it sucks but that probably wont be looked into for a long time if ever since there is always better stuff to do with the resources they have.

Hey a response finally~! Been asking about this since Alpha, and here we are almost 1 year later and it still hasn't been implemented. I'll take your response as "its never going to happen" since it hasn't yet.

It boggles the mind why such simple features can't be added in a hotfix.{even more so why we have to beg for standardized MMO features like this to be added to begin with} Along with a right+click /blist add should have already been added at this point, but nope, lets instead prioritize additional new features instead of improving what's already out and causing problems for our currently paying customers!



And while I'm in a pissed off mood, why the fuck do I have to cut my reply short, post, edit and then paste what I typed when writing a reply to a quote. Quotes shouldn't take up any of the 1000 char limit, heck there shouldn't be a limit to begin with if we can just edit in more after posting! Grrrr...

Did you read what they said? It sounds like it IS going to happen.. or at least an alternate feature that will do the same thing you're wanting in a different way.
