Flurry is the only thing that makes me think Auto-attack wouldn't be useful. Maybe they could code it so you could use any basic attack you purchase, and for flurry, it's smart enough to lead off with heavy strike?

Yea they could probably change flurry a bit to make it work. A toggle to switch between the various types of attacks that auto-attack would be doing might be kinda neat -shrugs- Just curious because that is one of the things I do like with the current system. Light Attack for soloing/tanking for the DEF/EVA boost. Pummel's just fun to see your TP rise so quickly = D Though heavy on the stamina. And though potentially annoying, Flurry has that twist that makes you pay attention.
Overall, I have to go with the wait & see how it is crowd. I wasn't one demanding Auto-Attack, but I see the pros & cons there. What I definitely know is that it's a big problem when a lot of people think crafting & gathering are more enjoyable than fighting in a Final Fantasy game. Something had to be done.
