Transfers are up!

I was reading the eligibility guidelines and it states that you cannot have free time remaining. I made the mistake of buying both the PS3 and the PC version of the game, giving me 60 days of free time even though I have been playing since launch.

Does this mean that I am ineligible for the trasfers? SE support is a horrible joke at the moment, would be faster to swim to Japan to ask in person that to get a response from them, so I am wondering if anyone here knows.

It shows me as having no eligible characters atm, but from what I'm reading it seems most people are in that boat. When I do get through it gives me the option of Diablos to transfer to and no characters to transfer

I have been waiting for transfers since launch so I can play with the friends I bought the game to play with, if I'm not eligible due to purchasing the game on 2 different platforms, then thats the end for me with the game
