1 Hour until the next "Hotfix" where are my patch notes?

This is technically a hotfix and not a "patch".. hotfixes they usually tell you what they did afterwards.. where patches they give you a basic rundown of whats going to happen beforehand and then an in-depth patch note during the update

Since this is pretty much the only mmo ive put alot of time into i dont know how other companies do it. Is it normal to keep the patch notes secret right until the last minute like SE does?

In my experience with other MMOs, official patch notes tend to be released the day before the patch, and they're certainly more specific than the brief summary Squeenix has given us so far.

Hotfixes aren't supposed to take servers down. This is a patch, no matter what they try to call it.

They are doing more server upgrades and hotfixes in conjunction with each other. Unless you want them to down the servers for the upgrades and then choose another day for the hotfixes.

I see no issues with not releasing the hotfix notes until they actually upload the hotfix to the servers.

That way they can release notes on what they actually uploaded instead of having to go back and edit notes if there were any changes to the hotfix at the last minute.

Pretty odd, they used to give out patch notes in 1.0... perhaps they consider this to be so minor that they don't think the notes are needed? Then again, we should be able to know what have been the changes made about the tomestones.
