Wrong Tanaka said you can but it would take a lot of quest-chain to do it. I don't know if Yoshi-p going to do this but Tanaka said that later you be allow to learn from the beastman spell,ws,JA and even new stuff for DOH. So we could learn how to summon Ifrit from the beastman.

Ifirt does ask you i'll help you but you can't ask the other avatars for help. This tell you that a class/job could learn how to summon them all later by asking for there help make a pack with them.

that sounds more like you can onyl pick one at a time and summon, it, if that is the case, a class/job for it would not really be needed, as everyone could pick and use only one summon at a time.

That the storyline that only one avatar can help the city but if you follow the storyline we pretty much ask the other avatars for help and ifirt get mad at least that what it look like. they be a class which summon them and they can ask each one to make a pack with then but it be a chain of quest at least what Tanaka said but who knows what yoshi-p does for all we know it make it easy you can do in 10mins

And THIS is probably the reason for the Ifrit battle quest: Asking another Eikon/Primal for help instead of ifrit. He has a fiery temper, yes?

I wouldnt want Ifrits help anyways, I would choose Leviathan or Shiva.

Ifrits is a jerk yes but the other avatars wont be as nice i bet it's the beastman gods so only the beastman that are nice have nice avatars. Leviathan was put in a island by the gods due to wanting to flood the world with his powers but who knows if that how they going to stay with with yoshi-p most of the story could be change.

I love the color red and fire so ifrits is my fav avatar he just a jerk ; ;

I personally would like it to go old school, summons come out do something drastic then leave, and anyone can have one, but maybe restrict it to 1 equipped at a time. So in dungeon or w/e situation people use different ones.
