Players Wont be able to summon Ifrit

I personally would like it to go old school, summons come out do something drastic then leave, and anyone can have one, but maybe restrict it to 1 equipped at a time. So in dungeon or w/e situation people use different ones.

i would not mind if each job had a Avatar set to them but i can see where my idea would fail and players would dislike it lol oh i want ifrit but only monk get it lame ; ;. but i think a job should be allow to summon them all which be better idea.
