    I think your friend should wait until monday to call SE (live chat or phone).
    But again, the chat/phone support sucks and he will need to wait almost 2 hours on the line.

    That would be almost impossible for my friend because he is very impatient, specially when money is spent. Lol. But I guess he will have to wait
