    Order is still being Processed

    Two of my friends have just bought the game today, one following after the other. One of the was successful and the purchase was instant and received the key. The next one did the same thing but the order has been stuck on processing for more than two hours now.
    The money has been taken from his bank, but no avail of the game key.
    What can I do at this time, anyone?

    It seems they have purchased the two games while under the same square enix account. Could that be the reason why? If so how long would the wait be?

    Because this is not "normal".
    I have a friend who bought the game more than 3 times in the same account and all purchases had no problem.

    I think your friend should wait until monday to call SE (live chat or phone).
    But again, the chat/phone support sucks and he will need to wait almost 2 hours on the line.

    Same thing is happening to my daughter. purchased the game via SE website and Digital River is still saying processing... 2 hours later. Where the #@$@# is the product code? Did Obama code their site too? Very frustrating!

    Just came back to update. Cancelled the order from SE site. Digital River must be having some issues processing orders. Daughter went through Amazon and no problems.
