Dude they have been running a successful MMO since 2003.It is not Trolling if it is true. Remember, SE is primarily is single person, console game developer and as such never had much need for customer service. They are obviously under the mistaken impression that MMOs can be handled by the same level of Customer Service and will not change it. The fallacy of this approach has been long documented here and elsewhere since the early days of FFXI. If SE truly cares about providing proper service then they should study how the good games do it and then expend the resources to implement it. The same is true for their GM services.
