Increasing Myth Cap per week?

there was no mention of increasing the cap, only a mention of increasing the amount u gain per clear of something. I.E Ak now gives 60 myths per clear instead of 40. IMO myth cap should never increase, i don't like the idea of casuals running around in welfare ilvl90. Tome gear should never exist in the first place.

What's welfare about myth gear exactly? Because currently there are many pieces that are BiS compared to Allagan. On another note, what's wrong with casuals being geared to be able to run content? Doing coil makes someone more entitled to gear or something? More worthy? Nah. You couldn't possibly be that silly.
