Reworded slightly: So, if you want me to stop kiting, stop whining, use Provoke and start doing your job.

You cannot provoke a FATE mob or most regular mobs actually.
So if you run around kiting AND shooting the mob, you make it that much harder for a tank to get the mob off you.
