The trolls are currently stumped. The majority of the forum goers are happy with this great news.

It will take a few days for the trolls to formulate a strong enough troll post to overcome the positivity, but fear not I feel they are all ready hard at work to make everyone bad mouth the game once again. It is after all their primary goal to make sure SE pays and FFXIV goes down in flames.

If all else fails the 1.17b patch, which will probably not have anything to do with the letter, will be a prime source of flaming about how SE fails as a company because they did not implement anything yet.

IDK, I think we'll see the beginning of the battle changes in 1.17b. Maybe like removing fatigue and adding auto-attack, because you can't change 70% of the battle system and expect the players to just hop right into it.
