I just keep thinking about how they are going to roll this out and every time I think I have got a way to get it to work right some huge flaw becomes apparent. I don't know I just can't see how all of this is going to work.

Id assume like support job in ffxi, or title system from mabinogi. You guys wanted defined roles... now your asking for customization.
