Me as a war tank was being told by the whm and Blm last night to use shield stance on war...um yea I was spamming flash overpower my maim buffed butchers block combo ect but since whm was curaga bombing the party and the Blm nuking everything I wasn't marking I was losing enmity to high jolts of volatile enmity spikes and cumulative enmity builds from whm cure bombing the Blm after he was trying to tank I was being called a f'ing noob, like really?

I find that most of these duty finder trolls have no idea what they are doing when it comes to standard party mechanics. If there were slept mobs in my conal range I'd use flash to flash slept mobs plus the mob I was currently tanking that way when they woke they wouldn't assault caster, but more importantly so overpower wouldn't wake slept mobs, but of course I'm the noob. I left and duty finder gave me a normal group, with fellow FFXI vets and we cleared the run in record speeds with 1 k.o, (I was warding off the fiancée) my own.

Edit: I'm open to any constructive critizing, I'm like a spounge when it comes to learning more about jobs, or anything I'm willing to learn more about.

You don't use shield stance on warrior? Everyone knows warriors have shield stance its like their best move ever, all you have to do is wear a shield while wielding a two handed axe.
