I usually don't bother with teaching DPS because it's normally not a HUGE issue though it does help quite a bit. I do however, try to teach every a tank how to play or be more "effective" if I can because yeah, if I don't, those paladins just don't know how to hold aggro. Usually the ones that are reasonable and listen don't mind listening to advice or they have the rotation pretty spot on anyways and just needed some fine tuning tips. The really bad ones are the one that never uses flash, mind their surrounding, and never ever uses their combos or read the chat at all.
Attitude is important, I'm always polite and calm about it, I don't yell at people. But some think-they-are-super-pro people just won't listen to any advice, even if you're just trying to help and they snap back at you or just leave the party. Thing is, if you did your job right, no one would have to talk in the first place.

lol @ OP....come to forums to rage, ends up embarassing himself.
This is why people out there SHOULD listen to others...theres a good chance they know what they're talking about. Don't take random strangers advice as gospel, but chances are that there is always room for improvement (unless you're getting World Firsts).

hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Not sure if OP is trolling or just bad...

Maybe to help you out a little. Ruin and ruin II are the same dps. Ruin II is simply insta cast with a blind. Use it for a filler when you need to move. Fester is far more damage than energy drain not because of their respective recast times but because they require aetherflow stacks, and you only get 3 stacks every 60 secs. Assuming you are putting up dots. Almost all of them will do more damage than ruin if the target lives for 9 seconds or more.
Keep an open mind. Just because someone's delivery was bad does not mean it's without merit.
OP you are bad dude.

Ruin 1 and Ruin 2 can be used together or alternating according to when you have to move or when you have mana to burn.
Energy Drain is only and ONLY useful for getting mana back when you need it right away or when a bard is unavailable - like when you had to res 2 people in a boss encounter (Titan comes to mind) and run low on mana.
Fester is way way superior to Energy Drain and should be the majority of your Aetherflow usage.

Not really true. Assuming you are keeping your DOTs up, Energy Drain can be great for some Burst damage.
Raging Strikes > Fester > Ruin II > Energy Drain > Ruin II > Energy Drain > Ruin II -- you can take some stuff down pretty quick with that combo because Energy Drain isn't on the GCD and has a quick recast.
Am I a heartless person for bumping this?
But.. it made me smile.
