    Yeah Toxotes legs are definitely better but chest is bad (I am waiting for my FC crafter to get the HQ crafted lvl 70)

    Edit : Ah , you are missing Blood for Blood then no surprise, that is the major difference.

    That probably is it, yes; I didn't even think about it until you mentioned it. Still, if you do another parse when you get a chance I'd like to see it, it's always good to compare notes.
