Other side of the coin is, I don't believe half of the ppl telling their story as this is the internet. Cheaters love to play the cry innocence game and unfortunately SE doesn't share their investigations to the public and never will.

Unfortunately, I will have to agree with this sentiment. I don't disbelieve that there is a segment of the populace that is genuinely innocent and wrongfully punished, but due to the sheer number of warp hacking, botting, speed hacking and RMT activities that I observe every night, it's almost impossible for me to take sides on this issue. No one has been forthcoming in their totality to prove their innocence one way or another and SE hasn't come out with their side of the story.


Just wanted to add that I have witnessed hackers and botters that were members of legitimate Free Companies (at least on Siren), so just because someone is of a Free Company or you *knew* from a previous MMO does not mean that they are above or beyond the capability of running afoul of the TOS.

Clearly begging for a human GM to investigate and realize where they messed up knowing that if we were lying we would get banned isn't good enough. Such a simple thing..I mean take all the time you need to do said investigation properly, I understand you are probably understaffed because you didn't expect so many players at release but at least acknowledge it and say so. This is no way to treat loyal customer's who are only guilty of investing entirely too much of their time into your game.

take it to SE and move on - anything else is creating drama without proof

You will see that it is near impossible to "take it to SE", therefore this forum is the last place we have to try and get a response.

I also think other players deserve to know what is happening.

It's unbelievable, because it's simply not true, I made 400k from leve quests gil reward alone, without even trying.

My regular customers are still in game.
