This one has helped many kill Titan simply because finding a healer that knows how to dodge mechanics and cast an AoE heal after stomps is incredibly hard to find.
Blah blah blah. 99% of titan runs being advertised on my server requires people who join to be experienced (ie. killed it multiple times) and geared in full dl + relic. The other 1% is groups selling the run.
On one hand, people say do the encounter and learn it! Right, agree. But on other hand if a player joins a group, fails a few times either to error, inexperience, or more than likely to lag then it's /kick.
To many hypocrites, so little time. If you are not willing to have patience and or teach people then feel free to stop complaining about carries. It's not like it has any effect on you what so ever anyways.
I feel that it has an effect on the community as a whole where it makes players more likely to turn a blind eye to other player's plight unless theres some benefits to be gained... it is even more damning when the buyers are well geared and experienced, pointing to the lack of camaraderie within the community itself.
Selling/buying Titan runs is akin to selling/buying Elo boosts in Leagueof legend. Your a POS if you sell it, and your a crappy player that should just quit the game if you buy it. The only difference between the two? IN league you get banned for Elo boosting/have your elo reset when you get caught.
Please keep buying Titan runs. My ls wants more Gil for housing ~tia.
The difference being this game is actually good and has more to do, WKC2 while i did enjoy it very briefly was a bore fest. you think this game is repetitive? that one was much worse in terms of grinding, only game i know that locks your level untill you are FORCED to do boring grinds, and they didn't even have the decency to update anything so it got stale. it was shut down because it was a bad game.
So I just had the misfortune of running Amdapor Keep with what I think are the sort of people that buys their Titan wins: a party of people with relics, and we wiped AK. Twice. Once at the wall, once at Anantaboga. And we had a tank that couldn't hold hate for shit on PLD. While decked out on gear. Yay for people running about with flashy looking weapons and nowhere near enough skill to actually have obtained them legitimately.
I think people will stop buying titan wins when people on server stop shouting for crazy stuff. I seen someone the other day shouting for "Titan Farming" Relic only but the guy didn't even have a relic. I read a few post on here and a lot of people are saying that buying a win = someone getting carried, I'm sorry but half the shout I see people are trying to get carried. There is nothing wrong with buying a titan win on any server 500k-1mil idk the going prices on all servers but that takes very little time to make, buying a win saves people a lot of time and lets them do other things if they cant do their job in coils is that your problem no, If they suck it will show kick them.
Also I can tell you that the pressure people are putting on others in these shouts is what leads to everyone buying wins "If you die before the heart your replaced...." I remember doing AK for the 1st time at demon wall my nerves were so bad I couldn't stop shaking cause I didn't want to fall off. Done AK so many times now, can do that fight blind folded ^^ I wish.
Maybe someone has a poor connection and they want to complete the relic quest, maybe someone is tired of scrubs who can't dodge in their groups...who are you to tell them what to do and what not? If people want to pay to clear Titan it's their business and none of yours. Just another QQ thread.
