    The tank and healer can be replaced quickly, sure, but the DPS que time is ginormous in comparison. For anything other than Endgame content (WP to HM's) the vote-kick option would be hell on everyone. The End game would then have a constant flow of "oh i don't want a summoner, i want a Bard", "This tank should be a Paladin, so lets kick for a Paladin", "I need the drops from this run so lets kick anyone who might need my gear". Get the drift?

    like I have said already this would be nice but I fear abuse by elitists to get the perfect party instantly.
