no thank you
no thank you

I whole heartily believe this to be true, a vote-kick would be great but the only problem to that is Tanks are a pain to come by and healers are 2nd up in that running. People normally don't like to pursue a partially completely dungeon because they miss out on loot. I think they should implement cross server dungeons like they have in WoW to be honest just so if they implement a kicking feature for the slackers then the wait time wont outweigh the cost.

Afaik duty finder is already cross server(servers are split into df groups afaik)I whole heartily believe this to be true, a vote-kick would be great but the only problem to that is Tanks are a pain to come by and healers are 2nd up in that running. AFKs are honestly a much bigger issue than potential abuse of vote kick, but not everyone agrees, so oh well.
Me and my tank friends will just keep leaving when we get an afk, instead of being able to kick the afk.
Sucks for the other member/s of the group, but its not worth the grief for me to try to 3/7man the dungeon.

1. People are intentionally perma AFK looking for a free win. Kick them.
2. People want to quit (or troll) your primal fight but don't want to leave and get the quit timer. They strip naked and intentionally try to wipe your group, forcing someone else to quit to avoid repair costs. Kick them.
3. Someone, despite tips and pointers and feedback, still cannot perform their role. Or they are severely undergeared for the content (I'm talking 2400 HP, level 35 weapon for Titan hard mode, which I have seen). Or they don't understand fundamentals of their class like how to tank and won't listen. Kick them.
Even if the kicked person is a tank or healer and you might not find a replacement, you'll at least get the benefit of not suffering a quit penalty because someone is AFK, trolling, or incompetent.

big NO
i am whm, and i know how pain it is to wait as dps.
waitin for more than 1 hr, get in to dungeon, get kicked. damn, that will be very hurt
No, thanks.
There are some pros to the idea, but I can easily see it getting abused. Noob watching dungeon cutscenes, kick. Group of FC friendsies wanting to grief, kick. See what I'm saying?
yes please. How can people say no to such a feature? I mean haven't u had the bots in your group which are TRYING to make you leave so they can get their tin ? Would be much easier to kick that retard. Remember that time when that idiot dps kept ninja pulling 24/7 instead of letting tank grab aggro? yes please. And about the wait queue for dps being so long, well if they get kicked for being bad they will learn their class proper and community will become better since people wont be all like "ueeh i waited 2 hrs for this and i get kicked?!" I mean its obviously your fault for not knowing your class.. I'm a tank myself, and tbh I am tired of retards, they can go back to playing WoW where nothing matters![]()

It is not that simple all tanks out there. In difference to you guys we DPS's actually has to stand in a queue for up to 3 hours to join instances at worst. At best we might be in in 1 hour. Kick griefers would be far worse for us than one guy AFKing in an 8 man. I would love that we could have it, but currently we can't. I can just image how all DPS's without DL relic would get kicked out of every DF group because there are so many other DPSs standing in that queue that it would be easy to just skip til' DL relic geared, and I do not doubt that 90% of DF groups would do that as it stands today.

I was in a CM last night where first tank was lousy and then dropped group during the first boss fight. Next tank wouldn't move. Group crumbled because there was no kick option and people didn't want to carry leach.
So queue timer + no reward < queue timer + kick nonresponsive players so you can carry on.
No.
Potential for abuse and harassment is too damn high.
