What is the news with server updates....Full group and still 30+ min to enter..fail

My FC joins AK with a full group but we have to wait 30+ minutes for an instance to open up?

This will happen every weeks after the ToM reset.
As long as AK is the only good way to farm them, people will farm AK to death the next hours following the reset until their capped again causing this, no matter how many instances are available.

You just tried at the wrong time, wait for the next day or keep trying and deal with 30min for a spot.

I don't think you understood his point, why are there not more instances available? We shouldn't be waiting this long with a ready made party, period.

The concept of wrong time is just an excuse. For a lot of people the weeknights are like this every night, and there isn't much other time available to play. There is no right time in some people's playing schedules.

Part of the problem is that AK is so popular and there are no alternatives, the other part is that the infrastructure simply doesn't handle enough instances. It should be improved at the very least, until such time as there is more content to spread people over.

Wrong time as in, wrong day. Monday = weekly reset = everyone spamming AK runs to get their 300 myth tomes again. By Wednesday or Thursday, it's dead again.

You have misunderstood too. I'm well aware of when the tome reset is and how it impacts the number of people wanting AK.

Again, WRONG TIME OR DAY is just an excuse. The minimum level of server capacity to provide an adequate experience for the majority of players (i.e. during JP prime time) isn't being met.

There is no good period for me, at least not when I can play during the week. It's always horribly slow to get an instance.

You are confusing "exuse" and "explanation". Yeah, you are a client, you have paid some money, but it doesn't mean all things will go well now (in a real world at least). So. Topic started asked "how will they fix this". The answer has been given - via the additional dungeons the devs are gonna implement.

"Not good enough" is my response. I'll just leave it at that.

Another 6-8 weeks of horrible wait times will drive people away from the game. It's in SE's best interests to fix it ASAP without relying on the crutch of more dungeons.

HM Garuda is faster. 7 tomes per 4-5 minutes. PLus you get some Philo too.
