Weren't you just bitching in the other thread about lore being in the game period? Why the hell are you even in this thread?
@OP: Completely agreed, I for one enjoy these lore updates and I think would be better to read them in the game, not off the website.

I put my kidney for this!

But it's another theme.NPC linkpearl notifications from each newspaper would be great too
I mean "real" newspaper, like "The Raven", and Devs can continue support Lodestone news. I think game can become more alive with that (moving NPC behind and around "News table").
Azsn Theletta - Duskwight Elezen archer from Gridania - Server: Lindblum

This idea is really awesome. I can even see a little board, like the task board, that serves as like an in-game message board. That would be pretty cool too. ^_^ Especially when the player-run companies is implemented, something with easy access such as that would come in handy for whenever events are planned.

I'm going to spam Enter to end it as fast as possible anyway

Yes please!!

I second the OP!

Considering MOST players would read the website first, and that's not those of us who post in the forums, it's hardly wasted.
Well known fact; players who post on the internet are your minority, you have to take care of your silent majority just as much if not more so.
That said an in game newspaper to complement the lodestone would be fantastic.

It could have sections dedicated to the different disciplines, funny editorials, clues for hidden puzzles or scavenger hunts, community participated sections... There's a lot of things they could do with it.
Edit: And what newspaper is complete without a crossword or sudoku puzzle? Little things like that add to the interaction of the game.
