It would be nice to get all this lore in-game in some way, Just talking to my linkshell members over 70% do not even visit the forums so having the Lore stuff like the papers in game would be a huge plus.

I say yes. Just not in LS form but in item form. Much like the black horse currier in Elder scrolls oblivion. Like you click the item and a screen with a newspaper scroll look to it pops up and we read it. It can talk of what is on the Site.
(but saying yes with a complaint on how SE is doing back story lore, since SE did the same with ffxi, is very lame)

Some pretty shaweet ideas in here, on a topic I never really even considered, but would welcome 100%.

Aside from the cool official articles they could provide us, I'd personally really like if parts of the paper were more player influenced. Stuff like;

a LS recruitment/ad section, where LS leads can slap up their name/banner/and a quick 200 character shpeal about their gang, and why you wanna be part of it.
also, for some monthly spice, a fan-fiction article. Players could write a story about their heroic and mega fantastic adventures, submit em to SE, and a winner could be picked every week /month with his article closing the paper

of course even with all that, the first page I'll turn to will undoubtedly by the latest miqo'te scandals /shameless
