I don't even know what half of these entail! Maybe you could add a short description to your main post of each one? I'm curious to hear about all these different classes, as this is my first real MMO.

I'd love to see either Thief or Dancer.
Here's some of them.
Blue Mage - uses monster abilities to do damage typically needing to learn them from the monster or items 1st.
Red Mage is a hybrid class. Uses Black and White magic and wields a sword.
Dark Knight is the 'emo' job.Sacrifices it's HP for damage usually.
Thief - pretty much as it sounds. Uses Steal and Mug. Had enmity transferring abilities in XI
Ninja - Main ability is usually Throw which would let you throw items from your inventory at enemies. In XI it was an evasion tank for a while but is now a damage dealer that focuses on very high attack speed.
Geomancer(and Elementalist[same thing]) use different spells based on their current terrain. In XI, they debuffed/buffed specific areas.
Green Mage(and Time Mage[same thing]) focuses on spells like Haste(would lower GCD in this game), Slow and Stop.
Dancer is a melee healer/debuffer
Gambler like Setzer in FFVI or Cait Sith's LB in FFVII if you played them. Basically gambles to do damage or buff.
Mime mimics the opponent's moves.
Check out this website for more information on the jobs. http://finalfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Final_Fantasy_Wiki
