Info on the Lodestone!

Obviously the game is more than just that. IT is also the community. We have an official website. And an official forum. Both things you frequent. I'm not saying it wouldn't be nice to have it presented to us in game, but to expect it is asking quite a bit.

I'm only here on the forums trying to help make the game more interesting for people who aren't here on the forums.

The 'update' really was just a short story.. nothing more... there is no information here..... I'm shocked that people still adamently defend this approach!!!

And as for 'transparency'- This game is far from it... we have no idea about anything thats happening..... (which is fine) but don't start saying that this has the most transperancy you've ever seen from an MMO!! You either have no MMO/video game experience... or your head is just THAT far up S-E's butt...

Take the update for what it is... a story... not information... but if you'd like to take the carrot and chase it for another week.... enjoy....

I'm sorry if you're having trouble reading it...or understanding what SE is working on at this time...but they've given you plenty of opportunities to read up on it in their statements and such. It's not necessary that you know what they're up to, so I guess you might not be encouraged to stay in the forefront of the information presented to us.

A story that leads to what will be seen in-game? No sense of imagination? Because thats how SE always has been, to use your imagination to depict what they are relaying about. Meh..

you suck, mmo isnt mmoRPG it needs to have a large exploreable world, back story and mainstory, if that existing bothers you, then you shouldnt be playing any form of rpg

but the world of XIV now is unexploreable, we got all the maps from the beginning, no need to explore and even you explore you'll just see a lot of mobs that have the same models, no challenge and you have to do it without chocobos or any mount/vehicle

a lot of aetherial gates without Behest or leves, monsters that you can't get anything from killing it because you'll get worse sp than Doblyns/Raptors and items that useless


for storyline and quest, it's almost worthless to do... in other game I'll get something like rare equipment or unlock some skills

but this game giving shit as rewards

only class quests are worth to do

you are looking at it as somone who frequents lodestone. That will not be everyone, even less come ps3. You are also making excuses, cause while its better the lore exist than not at all, it really should be accessible from the game in some form, that would actually add to the gameworld itself, and not just to the people who read lodestone

Get over yourself buddy. Most developers these days won't give out info beyond initial hype till their game is nearing completion, and this is offline games.

What do we know about Mass Effect 3 beyond the basics? Give me every fucking detail down to every galaxy and planet name. Also give me the names of every NPC in every quest and mission. Give me the names of every new weapon and abilities. Give me a summery of the entire game.

Give me every detail DmC Devil May Cry. You say people have no video game experience, yet if you did have video game experience you'll know SE is just as transparent as many other companies. I'm expecting all of that ME3 info from you, btw.

I understand someone love lore and others no.
But seriusly, everytime a lore post happens, this bullshit ? Also, if you hate so much storyes in a game, don't play a FF mmorpg. Go play rift, aion, or wow skipping all text, not a FF game ffs
