This is also happening a LOT with those bot miners who are mining up a crapload of shit, dumping it on the market, and making their gil to sell back off through their websites. Chances are this is some douchebag who paid almost 200 bucks to powerlvl. (and will end up getting banned for it)
Last update said they puts measurements against this but obviously it's gonna take some more time. They ARE working on it, but the best thing you can do is use the painfully long report button and hope they are in the next ban wave. Either way by then the damage has been done.
