The real problem is HOW UNFAIR is that you give your 110% throughout all the process just to realyze that what prevents you from winning is not in your hands.
This goes beyond reaction rate, how hardcore one is, hoy skilled you are or how much attention you pay.
Let's accept for a damn time that Weight of the Land is UNAVOIDABLE FOR SOME PLAYERS.
Let's accept that that if it lasts 0,5sec more than the time needed to leave the center of the circle, for some players lasts ONE second less.

And then you realize that reaction time is not needed at all when you know he will be using Weight 3 seconds ahead of time because he has a static rotation. Start moving prior to it being cast and there is 0 reason that you cannot dodge it.
