Just checked you on the lodeston, your base crit chance is 5.15%, up to 7.51% with 5 stacks of wrath and 12.71 when adding Internal Release. You're sitting on your base CRT buddy, you don't even have 1 piece of gear giving you any.
At best, a fully geared WAR can get 18.2% with both wrath and IR.
As for IB, I got a 3k1 the other day, I think that this same fully geared WAR would go up to 3k5/3k6 (it's not like we're getting 100 STR uh, and stacking CRT just improve the chance of criting, not the damage it does) but that's every 90 sec, IF you crit, which is not guaranteed, so, yeah...
pretty sure the % buffs act as a flat % chance, so 5 wrath is 10%, internal release 20%, base 5-10%? so around 35-40%
