    I completely agree with you. I think their lack of concern for their (trying to be) paying customers is disgusting. I have never seen a company so callous to their customers and so unwilling to work with them to accept payment. Global Connect is who they use for their payment processing, and I am not sure what, if anything, they would be willing to do for you being locked out, but it could be worth trying to contact them to resolve the issue if you are still interested in playing. I believe someone posted their email earlier in the thread, and if you google search you may be able to find a phone number to contact them directly.

    Another option, I am not sure about the regional restrictions, is you can purchase the Ultimate Game Cards online and the company will email you the game card pin (completely electronic) and you can use that card to buy Crysta. I am not sure if the issue is you are unable to access Ultimate Pay completely or what, but just something that may work.

    So not get me wrong, I think it is asinine that we have to find loopholes to pay for a service that was advertised as being available. There is no excuse for SE's lack of customer service and consideration, and I truly abhor that I am financially supporting their business. I considered having my bank dispute the charges because of all of this, but in the end was convinced to continue to play because it was something my fiance and I enjoy together. The whole incident has left a very unsavory taste in my mouth, and I will never purchase or play another game SE is involved in. Like many others, once another game comes out (most scheduled around the time my sub is up) I will be grateful to move on.

    I dont have any other form of payment options availible to me besides CC and Debit so UGC wont help me it will just be a waste of money.
