Second, You can buy The Ultimate Game Card at Walmart and a few other US stores. http://www.ultimategamecard.com/wheretobuy.html This will allow you to use the cards to purchase Crysta and pay for your account time. My fiance had to do this to get hi account working after SE told us to F'off. You will have to go through Ultmate Pay option under Purchase Crysta option in the Mog Station. If you are getting paypal blocked through them or the Game Cards are not working then call them (I posted their number in a previous post on this thread a few pages back) and they will help you get it sorted and the crysta on your account. They actually value customer service.
That is exactly what they told me as well but my other problem like some people the option to pay by crysta is not availible in my region, the only option some of us have is to pay by CC or Debit and after telling them that they just said they cant do anything and just left the chat. It is good that you and your fiance are able to play together now, but some of us that still cant play and probably wont be able to play unless we go buy another copy of the game and start over again. But that is not an option a company should give there customers and because we wont do this they will just ignore our cry for help and sweep our problems under the rug and forget about them.
