Sorry, but mini-games to gathering won't stop bots. Ever. They tried this in the past, both with 1.0 and FFXI, and it failed miserably in both instances. Succeeding only in frustrating the loyal customers from taking up their pickaxes or sickles, and straining the economy severely due to lack of interest and participation. Further surrendering the state of cash flow to the RMT and other such abusers.

FFXI put a singular, very rudimentary "game" into fishing and made it necessary to play it with every cast, very easy to script indeed. However your telling me a script can play bejeweled, a virtual visual captcha, on top of other games designed to be anti-bot? Really?

Yes. Every single mini-game that SE can possibly implement will likely be successfully botted within a couple of days at most. This sort of thing would only add annoyance for legitimate players, and not deter any botters.
